What type of cleaning products does Clean n Tidy use?
Before your first cleaning, we will ask you what cleaners you prefer for which job. We offer both traditional and green products.
For example, some clients want green products on their woods but traditional on glass.
Does Clean 'n Tidy bring their own equipment?
Yes. If you prefer that we use any of your cleaning equipment, just let us know.
Does Clean 'n Tidy charge more for weekend or evening appointments?
We charge the same for weekday and weekend jobs. However, evening appointments are available only for commercial clients.
What if I only want my kitchen and bathrooms cleaned? Can I get that or do I have to have my entire house
We customize your cleaning to exactly what you want. Clean 'n Tidy is family owned; we're not a franchise so we don't have to follow
any corporate rules when it comes to our clients!
Do I have to leave my home unlocked if I'm not going to be there when the cleaners arrive?
No. We will provide you with your own Lock Box. You sent the code. When we arrive, we'll open the lock box and take out the key.
When we're done, we'll leave the key and the lock box on your kitchen table or back on the door.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept major credit cards, personal checks and cash.
What do I do if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
If you're not satisfied, call us before 10:00 AM the next day, and we'll send a supervisor to take care of it!
