    When we do a quote, we often hear from potential clients,
    “I can hire a cleaning lady for $10 an hour.  Why should I hire Clean ‘n
    Tidy?”



We respond by saying, "When your $10-an-hour cleaning lady falls and injures herself, you will
be sued and paying for her medical bills.  If an employee of Clean 'n Tidy gets injured on the
job, they are covered by Workers Compensation as well as NYS Disability insurance."

Clean ‘n Tidy delivers to your home not just the best cleaning people, cleaning equipment and
cleaning products, we also deliver insurance — workers’ compensation and disability if one of
our employees is injured in your home and general liability insurance to cover property loss in
your home.  This way, you do not have to worry about a cleaning person suing you for personal
injury or walking away if they break a prized possession.  

The reason we can provide workers compensation and disability to our cleaners is because they
are employees, not independent contractors like some cleaning companies.  Our employees are
U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the United State.  They are require to pass random drug
testing and to pass criminal back-ground checks.

    Under our SAFE KEY PROGRAM, we provide customers with a free lock box.  You set
    your own individual code, which is known only to your Cleaning Team. You leave your
    key in the lock box the day of your scheduled appointment. The Cleaning Team will open
    the lock box, get your key, let themselves in. Then they leave your key and lock box inside
    your home or office. Safety. Your key is never at risk, it never leaves your home or office.
